I mentor business and grassroots leaders, movement-makers and healers, creators and entrepreneurs who are ready to do the real work: unlearning, reimagining, and weaving new patterns for radical change. With 25+ years at the messy, generative intersection of personal transformation, collective action, and systemic change, I bring both eldership and an ongoing openness to the unknown.

I work with people internationally.

My practice is not “coaching” in the corporate sense, but mentorship. Grounded in embodied presence it often bridges the professional and personal and moves seamlessly between the work of inner and outer change.

My approach is rooted in embodied presence, deep ecology, systemic power analysis and creativity. It draws on action inquiry, many ways of knowing, and decades working across movements, radical (adult) education, and soul-based practice. I work responsively, honoring the context and thresholds each client faces.

Themes I often work with include: 

  • bridging radical and mainstream change practice 

  • climate and ecological grief 

  • becoming re-connected as part of nature

  • race, whiteness and coloniality 

  • the intersection of ‘mental health’ issues, collective trauma and the polycrisis

  • High Sensory Processing (HSP) as blessing and burden

  • transitions and thresholds including menopause 

  • exploring power 

  • embodiment and human centricity 

  • creativity

I support you to be comfortable in discomfort, while also helping you sensitise to more beauty, connection, and joy. We will meet in the very human, everyday challenges of living in these times, and in the creative cauldron of your practice. This work goes to the places most turn away from: the uncertainty, ambiguity, and heartbreak where transformation lives.

This work is not for everyone, it can take you places that are hard to stay present with or crack open the ideas and identities you’ve got used to - but it’s the kind of work I’ve most valued and so it’s a pleasure to meet new clients ready to work at depth and with consistency.

How we work together

Practicals

  • Sessions are one hour

  • We usually meet on Zoom. (You'll receive a link on booking)

  • In-person sessions are possible by prior arrangement, usually outdoors on the beautiful Dartington Estate in Devon. 

  • Longer or group sessions are possible on application, and I can travel if needed for an extra fee.

Regular sessions and longer arcs are where the real transformation happens.  I love working with clients longterm.

Shorter phases are possible if we both feel they serve the moment, and once  we’ve worked together for a while it can become more adhoc when needed.

Fee

Individual rates are on a sliding scale from £130 to £60 per hour 

If you're self-funding, choose an amount that balances your current income with the value this work holds for you.

For those supported by workplace / leadership or CPD budgets, public or philanthropic funds, or higher income/asset wealth.
